Rehabilitation potential of a veteran

Federal law requires, if applicable, to evaluate the veteran for (a) an employment handicap, and  (b) reasonable feasibility for a vocational or an independent living goal.

Whenever necessary, rehabilitation services include (a) initial evaluation and reevaluation, (b) extended evaluation, (c) rehabilitation to the point of employability, and (d) a program of independent living services.

Scope of services includes (a) diagnostic services, (b) personal and work adjustment training, (c) medical care and treatment, (d) independent living services, (e) language training, (f) mobility services, and (g) other appropriate services.
